What You’ll Do
Join senior advisors in client meetings — capturing action items, providing follow-up, and learning how to lead.
Prepare and update financial plans using RightCapital and other tools.
Conduct research and analysis on investment and planning strategies.
Build reports and materials for client reviews.
Collaborate with tax and investment specialists, as well as outside professionals, to deliver holistic planning.
Engage in structured skill development, with the goal of progressing toward lead advisor responsibilities.
Work with modern tools — Wealthbox, RightCapital, Tamarac, YCharts, MyRepChat, Jump AI, Wealth.com, and more — to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Who You Are
You’re early in your career, with 1–5 years of experience in financial planning or advisory support. You already hold your Series 65, or you’re prepared to earn it quickly. You’re hungry to learn, committed to doing right by clients, and excited to grow into a full-fledged Wealth Advisor over time.

What You’ll Do
As a Wealth Advisor, you’ll become the lead advisor for a growing group of client families. You’ll design financial plans, lead meetings, and be the trusted point of contact they turn to with life’s biggest decisions. You won’t do it alone — you’ll work hand in hand with our investment management and tax planning specialists, and you’ll be supported by a strong operations team.
You’ll use tools like RightCapital, Wealthbox, Tamarac, YCharts, MyRepChat, Jump AI, Wealth.com, and more to deliver a modern, tech-enabled experience. And you’ll keep relationships alive with annual reviews, proactive calls, and timely outreach — because at CWP, staying close to clients is non-negotiable.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced advisor (3+ years) who has earned your Series 65 license and built a reputation for being both trustworthy and client-centric. If you already hold your CFP®, fantastic — if not, you’re committed to pursuing it soon. You live locally, thrive in a team setting, and find joy in helping people feel confident about their future.

Salary + upside: $60–80K base, with CFP® holders starting at $75–80K. Additional sliding-scale revenue share on your book of clients.
